How the initiatives are supported?
How the initiatives are supported?
- You submit the initiative to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
- In case of rejection or rework, it is returned to the initiative group. Then, the initiative is approved and forwarded to the specialized committee, which reviews it and sends it to the director.
- The director submits a report to the Board of Ttrustees, and then the project is launched.
