About the trainer

Kairat Moldashev

Kairat Moldashev is administrator and researcher in higher education. He has been serving in medium and senior leadership positions at universities since 2015. Kairat combines the practice and theory of strategic management in higher education. He is principal investigator in an ongoing state-sponsored research project on Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) post-Covid strategies and also serves as a member of board of directors in a number of organizations (university, foundation, national agency).

Strategic planning is an integral part and a necessary process for the modern development of higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan. This series of seminars is based on a special program that takes into account the prospectives of development in the field of higher education today and in the future.
